How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Visit the subscription page by going to My Shop > My Subscription. Then, click on ‘View my benefits’ in your current plan. From there, you can choose to upgrade or downgrade to the plan of your choice.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can downgrade to a Free plan at any time. Visit the subscription page by going to My Shop > My Subscription. From there, you’ll see your current plan where you can click the ‘Downgrade to Free’ button.
Can I add users to my account?
Absolutely. Adding users to your account is easy. Just visit My Shop > Users and click on the ‘Add a user’ button. You can add as many users as you like. If you’d like to manage the permissions of users on your account, you’ll need to upgrade to the Complete plan.
Is TechDrive free?
Yes. TechDrive is totally free to use. In fact, you can use TechDrive for free for as long as you like. The Free plan avails you of many great features and allows you to connect to unlimited parts suppliers. If you’d like to explore additional features and functionality, you can check out the Pricing page on the marketing website or visit My Shop > My Subscription once you’ve created an account.
How many suppliers can I add to my account?
You can connect an unlimited number of wholesale supplier accounts to your TechDrive account. If you’d like to access certain tire suppliers, you may need to upgrade to the Plus (or Complete) plan, where you can access unlimited tire suppliers, as well.
Can I connect TechDrive to my shop management system (SMS)?
